2. Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
When registering on stake101app, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, or email address. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited. A single individual may not operate more than one account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your password with anyone. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Stake101app may temporarily suspend an account for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, provision of false information, or while an investigation is ongoing. To have a suspended account reinstated, please contact the support team.
Serious violations of these Terms, repeated fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct may result in permanent account closure. In such cases, all bonuses and earned rewards will be forfeited. Users may also voluntarily request account closure at any time.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
While using stake101app, you are required to comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and to treat other users with respect. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse)
- Attempting to hack another user's account

- Using automated bots or automation software
- Attempting to compromise or undermine the platform's security systems
User Responsibilities

4. Payments, Transaction Information & Bonus Policy
General Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on stake101app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–30 minutes, and withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours.
All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted, and such transactions may be held pending verification.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
All bonus offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Transaction Dispute Resolution
